2022 Seltos Performance
The versatility of the Seltos starts under the hood with a lively performance that adjusts to your daily needs. There are two engines to choose from for this Kia crossover.
Standardly, the Kia Seltos is powered by a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that generates 146 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque. However, if you’re looking for a sportier performance, the available 1.6L 4-cylinder engine with a turbocharger is available. With its 175 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque, you can truly test the limits.
This model also comes standard with front-wheel drive. If you need more traction, Dynamax™ all-wheel drive is available. This innovative system utilizes sensors that watch where you’re driving. It will then distribute power to the wheels that need it most. Plus, with Lock Mode, you can add extra low-speed traction when the terrains are especially rough.
Kia Seltos Technology
Another area where this Kia crossover shines is inside the cabin. Thanks to a suite of progressive technologies, you and your passengers can stay connected and entertained no matter where you’re headed.
The Seltos is standard with an 8-inch touchscreen multimedia system. With Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and Bluetooth®, keeping in touch is safer and easier. You can also upgrade to the available UVO link system with its stunning 10.25-inch touchscreen. This adds on voice-command navigation, SiriusXM®, and remote connectivity.
If you can’t start the car without some good tunes going, you’re in luck. While this model comes standard with a great-sounding 6-speaker sound system, there is also the available Bose® premium sound system. This puts 8 speakers in your cabin as well as a connected mood lamp that pulsates to the beat of your music.
Seltos Safety
Adding to the already progressive features in the 2022 Seltos are the Kia Drive Wise driver-assistive technologies. This Kia crossover aims to keep you safe with advanced driving aids that elevate awareness while lending a helping hand when needed.
For instance, the standard Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist can detect possible collisions before they happen and apply the brakes to avoid impact. Also available is Safe Exit Assist, which will alert you if you try to exit when traffic is approaching.
