My service provider was Matt B. I had service completed. When I picked up the van and brought it home, the next day I started hearing this small little noise at the beginning. Took it back to Matt we went out and did a test drive but could not hear it, he suggested to leave it overnight and he would take it out with the technician the next day to listen for the noise.
