I took my car in for routine service, Janice greeted me with a warm pleasant smile and welcome as she always does i told her that was interest in look at car. She then introduced me to Jorge Nasiff who was so amazing...he listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions which was all helpful there was no pressure or sales haggling he was very patient and pleasant very easy to work with!!! We have an overall experience, of very good. The only thing that I will bring to light is that, at no time was the price and up charge (extended warranty, GAP insurance etc...) where not told to us in the beginning of the purchase process. It was my fault because we didn't negotiate one bit. I believe the price could have been maybe 2500 less. that just my opinion
