He was patient with me while I asked millions of questions, even let me test drive 2-3 vehicles of my liking before I made my final decision. Great dealership. However prices are too high. A battery for $280.99 is way out of line. Also an oil change is also too high. We love the cars but ……

Almost 2 years ago a tree fell on my Chevy Malibu and my family referred me to Deland Kia. It was the worst experience I've ever had I would have left in gone somewhere else if I had not already spent 5 hours there ended up leaving with a car that wasn't even clean I had somebody else's kids food and smelled like wet dog all the time but I needed a car. Fast forward almost 2 years going in for an oil change reluctantly but going because it's free. Sales rep Kevin stops me and gives me the spiel I entertained his infirmation just because it was somebody to talk to while I was waiting for the oil change. I had a 2021 Kia Sorento everything that could be wrong on that car was wrong I hated it from the moment that I drove it off the lot but he needed a car. First thing that happened was a tire was bad and it almost blew up but it bulged out found out three more were actually bad so I had to get all new tires then all of the vents for the air conditioning system all started breaking into longer be moved the air conditioning is not cold only on the driver side and doesn't go to the back at all the driver's side window motor may be actually going out as it bogs down if you're trying to roll up all your windows up once and just for giggles I hit a concrete foam and it broke the rear tail light. After working with Kevin and John I drove off the lot with a 2026 Kia Sorento nothing wrong with it runs great or smooth ride smooth turns and it doesn't smell like wet dog anymore they made the whole experience painless it didn't feel like I was sitting there for a couple hours they were funny they actually took jokes they laughed and smiled unlike the last sales representative that I had there the finance guy was even great as well he was way better than the finance lady she could have peace in my mind if she ever wants it. If you do go to DeLand Kia make sure that you request Kevin he's an amazing guy he's done the job before he's new there was only a second day however he's just an awesome person to talk to if you get the chance to meet John and then you're a special person he has a very caring heart and really does want the best for you this pair really makes the time they're enjoyable The only thing that I would have liked me better is the payment to be closer than what I'm paying now however I don't have a car that may catch on fire with a new recall that just got sent out on the wiring harness of the AC unit and key and not having a solution for it so I am very very glad that I am a safer vehicle now thank you so much Kevin and John
