Overall, this was a great experience. I was in a substantial accident recently and needed to replace my car. I had gone to another dealership and their lack of professionalism and simple courtesy turned me off. My salesman at Deland Kia was Eli, a younger guy who was gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. I even had some circumstances that made delivery of the vehicle challenging, and he and the other staff members did everything they could to. Get me taken care of. Highly recommended!
