All applications must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the review date (e.g., March 15 for April 1 review). Quarterly review dates are as follows:

• Q2: July 1

• Q3: October 1

• Q4: January 1

Email responses will be sent by the 15th of the review month (e.g., October 15 for an October 1 review). Approval: Includes next steps and funding instructions. Decline: Encourages future consideration and reapplication.
