I called an let them know I was interested in a vehicle. Mrs. Karen responded and made an appt to come in. I've delt with Mrs. Karen before and shes amazing... Everything was ready when I arrived. Literally, car was ready and we were off test driving in less than 5 minutes. LORENZO went over everything and I felt comfortable. YES, the back and forth took place with pricing but Lorenzo was there as a blocker to make the transition easier. I was gone in 2 hrs with my new vehicle. This usually takes 3hrs or more, haggling, getting hungry, the "What Now". None of that occurred. Soo smooth.! Thank you Karen and Lorenzo for making this transaction the best ever...FF

Been going here for 10 years for buying, and leasing cars and for maintenance. Never have an issue with them and they'll work with you. Already got a brand new car from them a couple of days ago and I'm loving it every day. I will miss my KIA Soul but my upgrade is def an improvement. I highly recommend coming to DeLand KIA. When other dealerships wouldn’t even negotiate, I went online and found a car I was interested in at Deland Kia. Javier Narvaez called me and was happy to work on the out the door price and payment to stay within my budget. He did went above and beyond to get the deal done. After an inquiry online, he called me within minutes and with very little effort I was on my way to purchasing my new car without even being on site. By the time I got off work I test drove the vehicle decided it was indeed what I wanted and had the paperwork done within an hour. Overnight they detailed the vehicle, and the next morning I came to finish signing paperwork which only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way with my beautiful new vehicle. By far the easiest from beginning yo end car buying experience- and guess what- zero pressure tactics!
