I visited Deland Kia on Monday Sept 29 My advisor was Regina Bacile I explained to her I could not wait the 90 minute window she gave me for my oil change I had a doctor appt. She spoke with someone and had my car rushed through and I was out in less than 30 minutes I really appreciated her understanding my urgency of getting it done quickly I have been offered to do surveys or reviews on my advisor in the past but I didn’t receive one this time I would have given her a perfect score and an excelent score for customer service thank you !

Just bought my second car from DeLand Kia, and this time I had the pleasure of working with Josue. He was AWESOME! He took the time to really listen, didn’t rush me, and made sure I drove off with the perfect car for me. First time working with him, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. I love my new car. Alexandria in finance made the whole process smooth and (dare I say?) actually FUN. She explained everything clearly, had great energy, and made what’s usually the boring part feel totally stress-free. Start to finish, this experience was a 10/10. I felt taken care of, not pressured, and totally excited about my new car. Can’t thank Josue and Alexandria enough. When I’m ready for car #3, I already know where I’m going.

Josue was a great salesperson to work with, and he knew all the details about the cars. After purchase, i had to go back to ask some tech questions and Andrew sat in the car with me and went through all the steps and got everything set up and connected

He went over all the features in the vehicle before I left and made sure I understood all the features in my new car. The next day, which was his day off, he took the time to call to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. We’ve never had since I had been going to Deland Kia I never had a bad experience with them the staff always nice and courteous to me.

I had to take my car in to get looked at the last minute since it was having trouble starting. The service center was booked up for the whole day as usual as it is a busy service center and my advisor warned me it would take some time for someone to be freed up to take a look at my car which I perfectly understood. DeLand Kia service center had my problem identified and fixed by 4pm despite already being very busy with appointments. I appreciate Deland Kia's time and effort on my behalf with such short notice.
